Arrival Time
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, let me know as soon as possible. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in shortened service time or rescheduling with applicable fees.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of your appointment may be subject to a 50% service fee.

Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Last-minute changes leave us with gaps we can’t fill, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Payment
Payment is due at the end of your appointment. We accept cash, e-transfer, or card.
